these are our most popular rooms and are
generally located on the 2nd and 3rd
floors. Each room is individually

Ocean and Jungle View. This romantic and
very private suite has a large bedroom
with a sitting area and features a large
open bath with dressing room. Two
terraces surround the suite - one
thatched-roof terrace furnished as an
outdoor living room and the other
terrace is open to the sun with
panoramic views of the estate and bay.

Ocean View. Spectacular ocean views and
surrounding area are the signature of
the Master Suites. A large living room

Cilantro: Located
adjacent to the Kinan Spa surrounded by
a lush poolside environment appears the
Cilantro restaurant. Here you will enjoy
delicious breakfasts with fresh fruits,
omelets and whole-meal waffles. At lunch
time an exquisite light menu based on
local savors like achiote, cilantro,
chayote and tropical fruits will delight
you, live this wellness experience each
day of your stay.

Bar: Enjoy the sunset with the
great ocean views from El Bar while
tasting Maroma's famous martinis,
variety of tequilas and exotic "sangritas".

Restaurante: El Restaurante
offers elegant surroundings complemented
by original oil paintings by resident
artist Bertrand Castelli and amazing
ocean views. This restaurant is renowned
for its breakfast, that features an
abundance of fresh fruits, pastries and
regional specialties. At lunch time the
chef serves Yucatan cuisine such as
"guacamole", "lime soup" or "cochinita
pibil" , a traditional Mayan pork. From
Sunday through Thursday evenings, enjoy
a Caribbean Steakhouse with finest meat
cuts and fish. On Fridays evenigs live
the Chef's Caribbean Parrillada, where
tables are set on the sand and the chef
cooks overthere fresh fish, lobsterand
meats.
